If you need to return a product purchased from Nathaniels Online, then you have 14 calendar days from the date or receiving your goods. You then have up to 14 calendar days once you have told us to return your item or entire order. The returned goods must be in a resalable state, and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The goods should be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. However unfortunately we will not refund the shipping charge to get the goods to you in the first instance, for goods correctly supplied.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee (of the original sale price) on products ordered in error. This will be chargeable at our discretion, and returned products would be assessed for this charge individually.

Please note that special orders are not covered by or standard returns policy, and will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Cancellation of Orders: You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by sending us an email to cancel@nathanielsonline.co.uk. please ensure you write your order number in the email so we are able to locate this on our systems.
All orders taken before 12pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 6pm the same day.
