How to claim
If you find an identical product at a lower price at one of our UK based competitors, we will match that price before you buy. If you haven’t yet purchased but you have found a better price with one of our competitors (either online or in one of their stores), you can contact us using our price promise email promise@nathanielsonline.co.uk. In order for us to verify the price, simply provide details of the product, or a picture, where the product is being advertised at a lower price. The more information you can provide, the easier it will be for us to verify your price challenge and get you the best price possible!
Terms & Conditions
- The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.
- The competitors price must be publicly advertised online and cannot include any membership/personal discounts or be part of any promotional sale.
- Our handmade items are exempt from this promise.
- Our Price Promise can be claimed against any of our listed competitors above, including their UK websites but excluding any factory outlets, trade or wholesale, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other “closing down” or insolvency) sales.
- The competitor store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
- We must also have the product in question in stock.
- Nathaniel’s loyalty cards are exempt from this price promise.
- No other promotional offers or vouchers can be used in conjunction with a price match.
- Typographical errors shall not apply.
- No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies.
- Where a retailer’s price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.
- We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
- The price being matched must include all costs, including but not limited to postage and packing charges as applicable.
- Our Price Promise only applies to purchases you have not already made with us.
- All Price Promise transactions are carried out our discretion.
- We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time.
